7 months past my bad Tib Fib break, Does anyone still have screws in their bones? I have a IM Rod and 6 screws in my leg, 4 in my ankle, 2 in my knee...cheers! and fast recovery to all!

Well if half you guys would read the comments you would realize that it sounds like it will actually be a good thing, old crappy owner wrote the above, he is salty, pissy, so yea "Diablo" the name is gone, but the biking is not, hopefully...Ha the new name should be "el Diablo"....suck on that Shawn.

Believe me DHCooper, I know she went thru a lot, I had to get sliced open because of intense blood pressure, a huge sliced peeled wide open in a football shape, now I have a big skin graft dented wound on my outside calve. In the hospital for a week, 4 surgeries. She was there every night, slept on a little bench. Woke up and went to work, thankfully she is a nurse at that hospital tho :) But I still love downhilling and can't see me stopping, my girl has every right to worry and not want me to ride, but I guess I am a selfish dude....Long live the broken riders woman! They are the reason we can get back on the bikes! Cheers!

I spent my summer without bikes, broke my Tib and Fib, It's very hard to not get bummed out, especially when your buddies go on trips to bike parks and riding days. It's good to read a story like this and feel like I'm not alone. I can't wait to ride again...but now I have to figure out how to get my girl to stop worrying about me riding and getting hurt again.

Spring Mt is small and crammed! The only place I ever badly hurt my self, High life to tiolet bowl is the only good trail, The other trails are cluttered and tight and slow. When downhilling looking ahead is your best friend, not at spring, if you look ahead you are going OTB's. random shit everywhere. The lifts are so crappy they flung my brothers bike off the hook and slammed the ground. I went there twice. Giving it a second chance after the dissapointing opening day. Well I broke my leg at a simple spot on the Mt. The people are friendly and nice and helped pull me out of the woods but I have desire to ever go back. I MISS BLUE MT!!!

I broke my leg bad and it cost more than 93,000$ in bills that my insurance covered, my bikes cost me about 12,000 dollars, they told me I almost lost my leg, I would rather break my leg and keep my bikes then have them stolen, same reason I would never steal a bike. It would feel like I lost a part of me.
